Bucks County Community College Transfer Agreements
Program articulations for individual majors are regularly developed. Currently, we have filed transfer joints for the following Major Bucks: Transfer Facts provides useful information about requirements and contacts. Transfer agreements and information on course equivalence are a starting point and should serve as a guide. Transfer schools have the final say regarding the program requirements and how and if a course is transferred. We recommend that you work with the professional staff at Transfer Services to plan an action plan that will make your transfer as smooth as possible.* indicates that the school has provided information about the agreement and/or equivalence of the course. NOTE: Students who are not pursuing an eligible Bucks Associate degree will not receive automatic admission to Wilmington University and must apply as part of the regular transfer admission process. Many colleges and universities have made the transfer planning process smoother by outlining how Bucks courses can adapt to bachelor`s degree requirements. Students who purchased COMP111 before July 2015 will receive a credit for ENGL202B. Students who completed COMP111 after July 2015 will receive general elective courses and/or credits in General Education Humanities. All of the following transfer guides are currently under review. Many colleges and universities have lists that indicate which specific Bucks courses match the courses at their four-year institution.
(Keep in mind that while one course is equivalent, it may not be required for a particular bachelor`s degree program.) All of them aim to make your transfer a smooth process. Transfer Buck`s lessons! Even without formal agreements, your Bucks program can prepare you for the college of your choice. However, many colleges and universities have made the transfer planning process even smoother by offering different types of transfer agreements. Bucks County Community College (Bucks) and the University of Science have entered into a partnership that allows students to complete their Community College Associate Degree program through the reverse transfer of college credits at the same time as enrollment at the University of Science. Students must have completed at least 45 credits at Bucks and complete the following forms to be eligible. Our students move to colleges and universities across the country and abroad. Many choose to stay closer to home and study at schools in Pennsylvania such as Temple University, Penn State, Bloomsburg, East Stroudsburg, Kutztown, Millersville and West Chester – as well as private schools such as Albright, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, Drexel, Gwynedd-Mercy, Holy Family, Jefferson, LaSalle, Philadelphia you and Rider. Transfer scholarships for the 2021-22 academic year for all qualified students admitted to DelVal in accordance with the guaranteed transfer admission agreement listed below. Bucks County Community College and Pennsylvania State University, Abington (PSAB) are entering into this articulation agreement to allow students admitted to an arts associate program to be admitted to a bachelor`s program at AFPB. All scholarships can be renewed annually, provided that the student remains in a good academic position with DelVal. Under the Guaranteed Transfer Admission Agreement, Bucks students are guaranteed admission to a parallel bachelor`s degree program with third-year (junior) status at Delaware Valley University provided they do the following: For any questions about dual admission, please email dualadm@temple.edu students receiving a Bucks A.A., A.S. or A.A.S., are eligible for the basic agreement. This means that Delaware Valley University accepts the general (basic) training requirements built into a Bucks degree. This agreement is not limited to students who sign the following intent form. The following majors require the revision of a mathematics course or a mathematics and science course to be eligible for basic education in general education. The following program-to-program articulations are designed for the specified Major Bucks. Students who follow the exact conditions of each program articulation and receive grades of at least C in the courses will be able to meet the AFPB requirements for the indicated majors. . Students may apply to be conditionally accepted at Temple University under the terms of Temple Dual Admission 2020. .
