The Complex Automated Information Systems team supports HHSC and DFPS information technology by procuring computers and computer equipment and services related to the automation of an information system, including: computer software or computers; telecommunications equipment or equipment used in the context of a voice, data or video communications network for sending, switching, routing, multiplexing, modulation, amplification or reception of signals on the network; and IT staff development services. Administrative goods purchase items such as furniture, equipment, household appliances, office supplies and paper, building materials, vehicles, and other goods necessary to support the administrative staff of all HHSC organizations.
