Future Performance Agreements

   

Service agreements are one-way. If you simply dictate what the person will do, you may be disappointed with the outcome. When goals are mutually agreed, you`re more likely to see progress. Take the time to develop goals together and be prepared to discuss the “whys” in detail. It is a joint process – it needs the acceptance of both parties for it to work. Other agreements with consumers that are subject to the rules and regulations of the Consumer Protection Act include what good performance really is – giving people the understanding they need to do good work and get the results they are expected of. By identifying this information and setting up a contract, you can create a success system.
