REJECTION OF THE PAYMENT ORDER BY THE BANK. The Bank is not responsible for claims arising from or in connection with the rejection of a payment order.
viii. Services: One or more online business banking or cash management services made available to the Customer under the terms set forth in this Agreement (each, a “Service”). The Bank is not obliged to allow the Client to use any Service. The decision to allow the Client to use one or more Services is at the sole discretion of the Bank and is subject to the Bank`s underwriting standards. If the Bank requires the application of subscription criteria to the Client for the authorisation to use one or more Services, the Bank will inform the Client of the nature and content of these criteria, as well as of the information that the Client must provide to the Bank. .
